As a true globetrotter and after several experiences in the hotel industry and event planning, I ventured into wedding planning with FLOVINNO.

After having worked for more than 10 years in the luxury and high-end perfume sector, in particular as a trainer and salesperson, I turned to the organization of weddings and exceptional events.

After 10 years of experience in marketing and international business development, I decided to combine my professionalism with my creativity to found the Flovinno Agency in 2008.

Today, I manage the Consulting, Events and Wedding Business: “Noce de Rêve” (wedding planners) and “Cérémonie de Rêve” (wedding celebrants).

As a Destination Wedding Planner and Celebrant, I love to officiate symbolic ceremonies in France and abroad.

Laura
Wedding Planner in France and abroad

Graduated with a Master’s degree in the cultural and events sector, I then worked as a wedding decorator and designer.

After this experience, which allowed me to meet many future brides and grooms, I wanted to be even more involved in creating their beautiful weddings. That is why I decided to join the Noce de Rêve by FLOVINNO team, to help make couples’ dreams come true while fulfilling my own: becoming a wedding planner.

I have always been told that I have a talent for organizing events and weddings. Whether helping to plan birthday parties or community events bringing together up to 100 people, I have always enjoyed making these occasions truly memorable for the participants.

After completing my general high school diploma and enrolling in a communications school in Paris, I quickly became interested in the world of events. My search then led me directly to the FLOVINNO family.

Today, I am proud to be practicing the profession of my dreams in a supportive environment that allows me to grow and improve every day.

As a child, I often watched the movie ’27 robes’ directed by Anne Fletcher, and I envisioned myself becoming a wedding planner.

After a few years in the hospitality and restaurant industry and training in Digital Marketing, it was natural for me to pursue this childhood dream by joining the FLOVINNO agency.

Today, I am responsible of the agency’s communication, and I also assist our wedding planners and ceremony officiants during events.

These are very different tasks, but a combination of responsibilities that never leave me bored at work and allow me to take great pleasure in what I do !

Noce de Rêve by FLOVINNO guarantees high-quality services for couples through a charter that the agency has established, in addition to its involvement with ASSOCEM (Association of Marriage Consultants).

Florence also serves as the secretary of ASSOCEM, and Vincent oversees the branch dedicated to symbolic ceremony officiation.

Furthermore, in order to promote the wedding industry, Florence also acts as the Ile-de-France representative for the Wedding Club Business.

Our Story

Florence and Vincent Noël launched their project to create the Flovinno Agency in 2006. Combining creativity and professionalism, the company was built on the complementarity of event activities for companies (Flovinno Events: organization of seminars, conventions, etc.) and individuals (Flovinno Wedding: organization of weddings, private parties, etc.).

After starting up in the South of France in 2007, the company moved its head office to Massy (91) in 2008. The activity is developing in the Paris region, both in terms of Corporate events and Wedding Planning.

Between 2011 and 2019, Flovinno agency organizes an annual wedding fair in the île-de-France region (Savigny-sur-Orge, Athis-Mons, etc.).

The year 2014 was marked by the sharing and transmission of our know-how, with “our Ambassador program”: a partnership program intended for wedding planners who wish to develop their activity of wedding planner under our own brand.

In 2015, the organization of weddings in the PACA region is developing thanks to the presence on site of our ambassador wedding planner and the takeover of “Noce de Rêve”, a wedding organization agency on the French Riviera.”Cérémonie de Rêve” becomes our brand dedicated to secular ceremonies.

In 2016, the agency is expanding internationally, in particular, it offers several wedding destinations abroad for “Destination Weddings” and “Elopement” fans, and is expanding its wedding planning activity to Normandie

In 2020, “Noce de Rêve by FLOVINNO” becomes our unique brand of wedding organization in France and abroad with the launch of this new site.
